Dr. Sheetal Gai is a psychologist specializing in organizational behavior, workplace wellbeing, and stress management, with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing evidence-based frameworks that build resilience, self-efficacy, and adaptability. She has worked extensively with corporate teams, helping individuals and organizations thrive under pressure while maintaining mental wellbeing.
After returning to India, Dr. Gai noticed the confusion and anxiety many students face around career choices. To address this, she founded My Right Path, a platform dedicated to guiding students using science-backed psychometric assessments and personalized activity-based interventions. Through her flagship reports and structured programs, she helps students discover their strengths, make informed career decisions, and develop lifelong skills to manage stress and achieve success.

Swaroop Kuppa brings 20 years of rich experience across Advisory, Strategy Consulting, and Digital Transformation, serving as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 clients across the US, Europe, and Australia.
