Dr. Sheetal Gai is a seasoned psychologist with  expertise in mental health, psychometric assessment, and wellbeing strategy. With over 15 years dedicated to advancing holistic wellbeing frameworks, Dr. Gai specializes in understanding the psychosocial factors that drive both individual and collective achievement. Her work spans academic and corporate landscapes, where she applies evidence-based methodologies to foster resilience, self-efficacy, and adaptability. Dr. Gai's insights uniquely bridge mental health with measurable success outcomes, nurturing students’ academic excellence or cultivating thriving, and stress-resilient workplaces.

Consulting & Digital Transformation. Has been trusted client partner for fortune 500 clients across US, Europe and Australia.
